Check whether you are entering the email address correctly, including the period and the @
Check whether you are entering the password correctly. It is important that you enter it exactly as you chose it when you created a Familynet account. So if your password is ‘Sunflower123’, do not enter ‘sunflower123’ or ‘sun flower123’.
Make sure that you have not disabled cookies in your browser.
If you have a new email address, you must first change it on Familynet. Log in to https://app.familynet.co.uk/ with the old email address. Then click on ‘Menu’ in the navigation bar, go to ‘My account’ and then to ‘Email address’.
