I can’t log in

Do you have a Familynet account and you cannot log in? Then try the following:

  1. Check whether you are on the correct page, namely https://app.familynet.co.uk/
  2. Make sure your Caps Lock is off.
  3. Check whether you are entering the email address correctly, including the period and the @
  4. Check whether you are entering the password correctly. It is important that you enter it exactly as you chose it when you created a Familynet account. So if your password is ‘Sunflower123’, do not enter ‘sunflower123’ or ‘sun flower123’.
  5. Make sure that you have not disabled cookies in your browser.
  6. If you have a new email address, you must first change it on Familynet. Log in to https://app.familynet.co.uk/ with the old email address. Then click on ‘Menu’ in the navigation bar, go to ‘My account’ and then to ‘Email address’.
  7. If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new password here
  8. If you do not have a Familynet account yet, please visit www.familynet.co.uk/help for instructions.
